Your holiday booking is with Tunga Travel Agency, a Tursab registered agency (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and Icmeler Travel Centre, a registered company which owns Tunga Travel Agency (hereafter referred to as ‘The Company’), who act on behalf of suppliers of accommodation and related services. The Customer (hereafter referred to as ‘The Buyer’ is subject to Terms and Conditions as undernoted.
Whilst ‘The Company’ endeavours to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, facilities and prices of accommodation advertised on the website, we cannot be held liable for changes and modifications made. Please telephone or email ‘The Company’ in order to obtain full up-to-date information before booking. After Invoicing is sent to ‘The Buyer’ and deposits received by ‘The Company’, the parties have entered into a legally binding contract with each other.
Therefore price is guaranteed for the booking based on the type and rating of accommodation booked in the requested resort.
When a booking is accepted by the Company, which is in excess of eight weeks of the due holiday date a deposit is required, which is normally 30%, however the amount of deposit can be changed at the discretion of ‘The Company’ .
An invoice will be sent to ‘The Buyer’ with full holiday details. The deposit amount requested must be forward to ‘The Company’ by the Due Date which will be stated on the invoice. A holiday booked within eight weeks of the said holiday date must be paid in full to ‘The Company’ when ‘The Buyer’ is in receipt of the invoice.
Payment of balances to be paid to ‘The Company’ in the resort on arrival, either in English Sterling or by Travellers Cheques.
We, recommend that all members of your party buy adequate travel insurance. It is a condition of booking with most tour operators that adequate cover is arranged and some airlines or tour operators may deny you from travelling, if proof of insurance cannot be provided.
Flight Times are provisional and subject to change by the Tour Operator/Airline and we recommend you reconfirm your flight times 48 hours prior to departure as per the tour operator's/airline's instructions. This applies to both outward and homeward journey's, as changes to flight times may be made during your time abroad. Please inform The Company of the correct arrival times in Dalaman if transfers have been arranged with us. Failure to do so may result in an extra cost to the Buyer.
Please ensure that all members of your travel party’s passports are valid and up to date as it is not possible to claim against your insurance cover should travel be refused. You will also be liable for the full invoice cost of accommodation and transfers (if applicable) issued by ‘The Company’. Also ensure that there is a valid six months left on passports as from return date of holiday as this is a requirement for entrance to Turkey.
The visa requirement for Turkey for British Passport holders is £10 English Sterling (no Scottish currency) payable on arrival in Turkey.
Please ensure that you have the appropriate inoculations (if required) before leaving the UK. You may wish to obtain a copy of a useful booklet called Health Advice for Travellers (T6) available by calling 0800 555777.
Please note that we offer a 24 hour emergency service whilst you are in the resort and the number will be given to you on arrival in the resort.
Should you wish to amend or cancel your booking, instructions to do so must be received in writing by The Buyer to ‘The Agent’. If cancellation is received more than 13 weeks before arrival in the resort then the balance of The Buyers holiday cost will be waived, however deposits will not be returned.
This is with the exception of the
Lighthouse Apartments whereby cancellations in this period will incur 50% of the cost of the reservation. If The Buyer cancels less than 13 weeks before the arrival date in the resort, then The Buyer will be liable to The Company the full cost detailed on the Company’s Invoice, less any deposits already received.
Certain Amendments will entail administration charges such as change of accommodation and date. Please ensure you have appropriate holiday insurance to cover certain cancellation costs.
In the very unlikely event that The Company cannot supply the requested accommodation due to suppliers overbooking or closure of the said accommodation, we will provide accommodation of same or higher standard.
We will not be held responsible for compensation due to overbooking or closure of the accommodation by any of our Suppliers, which is outwith our control.
We endeavour to ensure that the suppliers of accommodation adhere to Health and Safety Rules, and The Company carries out regular inspections.
In the unlikely event that the supplier of accommodation fails in any way and a claim by the Buyer arises, then this must be taken up directly with the suppliers of accommodation (accommodation owners).
We hope your travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible and that you enjoy your holiday, however, if you have any problem with your accommodation we recommend that you immediately inform the hotel/apartment’s management whilst you are in the holiday resort in order that the problem can be rectified as soon as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, then please inform Icmeler Travel Centre immediately and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and ensure you enjoy the remainder of your holiday.
Please note any incorrect information on the invoice should be brought to the attention of the Administration Department of Icmeler Travel Centre, within seven days of the date of issue of this document.
We take full responsibility for ensuring proper security measures are in place to protect your information.We must pass the information onto the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies and insurance suppliers
The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigrations if required by them, or as required by law.
